How much does an ADU cost in Las Vegas?
Published 2026 estimates disagree widely. As of October 2026, one local real-estate guide puts a stick-built detached casita of 400 to 700 sq ft at about $90,000 to $180,000, while a national renovation firm lists $200,000 to $450,000 for 400 to 800 sq ft. Garage conversions usually cost less. Size, finishes and utility runs decide it.

Where do we build casitas?
